Astana. March 12. Kazakhstan Today - The heads of the new ministries of Kazakhstan have been appointed. The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, informed today at the meeting with the akims of the areas and Astana and Almaty cities concerning realization of the program of the forced industrially-innovative development of Kazakhstan until 2014, the agency reports.
