Astana. March 12. Kazakhstan Today - Oil and Gas Ministry will be created in Kazakhstan. The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, at the meeting with the akims of the areas and Astana and Almaty cities concerning realization of the program of the forced industrially-innovative development of Kazakhstan until 2014 said today, the agency reports.
