Kazakhstan Today - The President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, at the meeting with the akims of the areas and Astana and Almaty cities concerning realization of the program of the forced industrially-innovative development of Kazakhstan until 2014 said that small and medium businesses should develop around industrial development projects, the agency reports.
